Migrating VMs to a new 5.5 ESXi Host on a different vCenter Server.

Hi,

We are currently upgrading to vSphere 5.5 and I have questions about moving VMs from Current ESXi 5.1 host to our new 5.5 host. We are not doing an inplace upgrade, we are installing a new instance of vCenter as well ESXi 5.5 hosts. I was thinking to use the Converter tool for migrate but that will take a very long time since I do have a vast number of VMs. I would appreciate any help or feedback.
