Homelab with whiteboxes

Hi,

I'm about to build my personal homelab. Does anyone tested a similar configuration with ESXi 5.1? I know this works with version 5.0 (at least the motherboards and processors) but I want to make sure it will work with 5.1 too.

Compute
Motherboards     3 x 90-MIBFU5-G0EAY00Z            M5A78L/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G ATX SND+GLN+U3 SATA2 DDR3
Processors        3 x FD8120FRGUBOX                   FX8 8120 3.1GHZ 8MB 125W PIB SKT AM3+ L2 8MB 125W PIB
Memory                 6 x KHX1600C9D3K2/8G           8GB 1600MHZ DDR3 NON-ECC CL9 DIMM KIT OF 2
Additional NICs       3 x PWLA8391GTBLK              PRO/1000 GT DESKTOP ADAPTER SINGLE PORT RJ45 PCI BULK
Local Storage         3 x 97756                                     USB 2.0 MICRO PLUS DRIVE 8GB SUNKISSED- --8 MB/SEC-2.5 MB/SEC
PowerSupplies        3 x OCZ-CXS500W-EU                 COREXSTREAM 500W PSU EU 80 EFFICIENCY BUDGET SERIES
Networking
Switches                 2 x GS-108BV2-EU0101F        GS-108B V2 8-PORT DESKTOP GB ETHERNET SW.
Storage
NAS Enclosure        1 x TS-412-EU                                 TS-412 1.2G 256MB ISCSI 2XESATA 2LAN RAID 0/1/5/6
NAS HDD                    2 x ST1000DM003                       BARRACUDA 1TB SATA 3.5IN 7200RPM 64MB 6GB/S

As you can see, there are 3 hosts with a total of 24 cores, 48 GB RAM and 6 NICS. No local storage but the USB pendrives.

These 3 hosts will connecto to a QNAP NAS with 2x1TB disks via NFS (I think VMFS will not work...) via 2x8 ports managed switches.

I just want to know if anyone tried a similar configuration and worked with vSphere 5.1 (worried about, NICs, motherboard, etc).

Thanks in advance!!!
