Network card automatic disconnection: error 1321

Hello,

Yesterday I encountered a problem with a Windows VM. The network card was disconnected and when I wanted to reconnect it, it automatically was disconnected. In the vmkernel log there is this line:

Feb 28 09:23:51 EPGESX01 vmkernel: 92:15:28:52.184 cpu6:58418)Net: 1321: can't connect device: VM Network: Out of resources

My ESX server (4.0.0 504850)  wasn't "out of resources": around 60% of memory use and 30% of CPU.
