Install or update? CMD line for ESXi 5.1

Hi.

I have 2 server on ESXi 5.1. I dont have vCenter.

I want to update this servers with lastest patch.

I want to know. On the KB it talks about use Install cmd line or Update cmd line. Wich one a must use?

After. On the downlaod center, i see two patch. ESXi510-201210001 and ESXi510-201212001. I can just inistall the lastest? or i must install the oldest before de lastest?
