Windows 2008 R2 NLB is not working on Esxi 5.1 (Unicast & Muticast)..

Hi,

We are under progress to deploy Exchange 2010 on Esxi 5.1, HUB/CAS roles will be in NLB mode.

NLB is getting created successfully on VMs but after reboot, nodes will be unreachable in NLB console " Host Not Reachable or RPC Server unavailable "

Could you pls guide on this..
