Trying to install ESXi 5.1, hangs of "timing"

Hi and help please!

I am trying to install ESXi on a supermicro X9DR3-LN4F motherboard with LSI MegaRAID 9260-8i controller, 2 Xeon, 64GB RAM

I get the boot screen, it then proceeds to load drivers from what appears to a console screen. Once it finishes this, the screen changes to the black over yellow loading screen. There it runs until it says initialzing timing where upon it reboots.

Any ideas?
