network not identified Dell

hey how are you?,

i have a problem

im trying to install esxi 5 in a Dell inspiron N5110  it works fine but then it says that the network adapter is not identified, how can i fix this?

its a realtek PCIe FE family controller

and if it can be fixed can u guide me through that?
