I am backing a vm which has Redhat Linux ES 5 and as follows...

:/root# df -h
Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg00-root
                      3.9G  1.5G  2.3G  40% /
/dev/mapper/vg00-home
                      120G   45G   70G  39% /home
/dev/mapper/vg00-usr  7.8G  3.1G  4.4G  42% /usr
/dev/mapper/vg00-var  7.8G  363M  7.0G   5% /var
/dev/sda1              99M   16M   79M  17% /boot

:/root# parted
Model: VMware Virtual disk (scsi)
Disk /dev/sda: 157GB
Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
Partition Table: msdos

Number  Start   End    Size   Type     File system  Flags
1      32.3kB  107MB  107MB  primary  ext2         boot
2      107MB   157GB  157GB  primary               lvm

When trying to do a FLR, I get the following error

"Failed to get disks,. This is an unsupported partition layout . Please verify that this VM backup contains

a supported Configuratiion"

What is going wrong here ?

Thanks

J James
