LSI 9211-8i - how to update 5.1 mpt2sas drivers?

I've been having major drive disconnection issues with 5.1/9211-8i (firmware ver 14)

Looks like esxi 5.1 is using ver 10 of mpt2sas?

ver 14 of mpt2sas is recommended for 9211-8i firmware 14..

There isn't a VIM ver14 available for 5.1, this one is for 5.0

I cannot install it, what am i missing?

seems to have worked after reboot
