Brocade 1020p 10 Gig Card doesn't show in Network Adapters

Hey Everyone,

Crazy issue here:  The above card does not show up in Network Adapters on ESXi 5.0.0 Build 914586.

It does show up in the Storage Adapters (This is a card that is both.)

I have both the BNA and th BFA drivers installed via Update Manager, scans check out.  All hardware has been replaced at least once at this point.

2 Different cards have been tried, both no go.

2 Different motherboards have been tried, no go.

2 different cables, no go.

2 different riser cards, no go.

Both slots in the riser tried, no to.

This card does work in another DL 380p Gen 8 HP stand alone server.

All bios and firmware has been upgraded to the latest.  The card is supported on the Brocade OS chart.

Anyone have any ideas?
