unknown VM after reboot of NFS storage

Hi

on our esxi5.1 hosts are some qnap storages connected with nfs and iscsi. If this qnap is booted the storage is gone (both iscsi and nfs, which is normal)

after qnap is back both stores are comming back in esxi, but all VM´s laying on the nfs store are unknown and greyed out. VM´s  on the iscsi store on same qnap are visible

. I tested the following

1. checked nfs storages. Its visible in esxi, I can vmkping the storage, the store is writable from esxi, I can see everything (files and folders)

and can also make a new VM on the store

To fix this problem temporarely i can do:

1. Reboot esxi

or

2. Restart all managment services on esxi

or

3. Remove this unknown VM from inventory and put it in again.

But thats not the solution.

Any info what kind of problem that could be ?
